I don't think its either or. IMO management is both corrurpt and incapable.

This business has been proped up by management's desire to feed its own interest. It looks, in hind site, like the reason they turned Symbol down first time is they were uncomfortable openning the books.

Telxon is an important player in this space so I think they will survive to ultimately be acquired.
