To All - When I sent my notification to CalPERS using Joe's form ( techstocks.com, I also copied Joe. I nominated Joe as our communication liason and spokesman and informed Brad Pacheco of Joe's "to the point" Novell postings.

Joe's e-mail is jantol@monmouth.com.

Perhaps if everybody who sends an inquiry to CalPERS could also copy Joe (jantol@monmouth.com). Joe might be able to provide a count on his webpage of the number of proxies forwarded to Brad. <OK JOE ...The wheel is now in motion..I look forward to a new updated webpage monmouth.com.

If we get enough interest and support from CalPERS, I would like to see a delegate from CalPERS approach American Express and see if we can obtain their support and 17.5 million shares!

We are "Rocken-The-Net" Now...

EKS

P.S. When I talked to Brad he mentioned they had control of just over 1% of the Novell shares. That would mean about 3.4 million shares but I thought they only accounted for about 1.7 million. Maybe that was the current float percentage.
