I agree with William. To say the price doesn't reflect a true market cap in a takeover or merger situation is wrong. In fact, nobody knows for sure how AMZN would be valued in a merger. Who's to say that at 10% of WMT, WMT doesn't think putting their "online" worries to rest isn't worth $25B on Monday? Look at the LYCOS offer. Glenn
