I see posts like that once in awhile, what does that mean anyway?

Does it suggest that my line of thought is a total zero?

It does remind me of what I would like to send the IRS each Spring but that would be viewed as an insult by them, I am quite certain.

So, are you sending the same message? I'd just sort of like to get a sense of what an "0" means.
