You know, I cant' for sure tell you on the conversion. Frankly, my time frame is within 1999 for my total hold period and it isn't a concern to me (just my view only).

But, I tell you, it's been nice to collect at an 11% rate while we slowly advance along. Obviously, we passed a sell point earlier, but a little more patience this year and we will pass along up to the mid 20's and CD_pi will have been a very good hold indeed.
