PUTS: I'm embarrassed to say this, but I only write covered calls because my brokerage "told me so." In fact, I could buy puts as well. I've had some good luck in buying in the money calls as well, especially when a decline happens. Check out CIEN, for example. Until recently (c. 3 wks.?) it was a daily money machine. Now, it's holding on to its gains. DELL is a great stock, so I am long term long. Thanks for your advice.
