tom cat, sierra leone is no promotion , it is exploration, bellsbank and ardo are not promotion ,they are in motion. mauritania is not promotion it is evolution. did fipke tell eveyone what he was doing before he had the ground sewn up? no, he made certain that he owned the table. rex is doing the same. serge is buying shares, not selling them. is that what promoters ordinarily do?
