Try this-- exactly (point and click)

1. americasnetwork.com

2. Answer the Y2K question, Y or N; Click "Enter"

3. Find the section in that page that sez "Special Report:Fiber Deployment; Click on "The North American Fiber Highway System"

4. Scroll down on the page to find highlighted "PDF"; Click on it
Of course, you realize that "pdf" files require the Adobe reader.
If you don't have that to open the map, you can get it free.
Just click on the Adobe Acrobat logo near bottom.

5. If you can't get past #1, call your ISP--better yet, change em.
