Don't forget, GSTRF only owns a portion of Globalstar LP, so GSTRF market capitalization should only reflect the profit on GSTRF share of Globalstar LP.

I forget how much of Globalstar LP is now owned by Globalstar Telecommunications Limited, a Bermudan company.

Current GSTRF Market Capitalization is about $1.3bn according to Yahoo! quotes.

That puts the Limited Partnership at a market capitalization of about $4bn [if GSTRF is about 30% of the partnership - I think it increased to about that from 22% some time ago]. I bet Valueman has exactly the right number! Please? Url to show us anyone?

Since that is the capital cost of the first constellation, it is about right. Given the lead times, restricted prospects for new competitors and the big market, it looks like a bargain.

Hardly cause for panic!
