Comparing the price of the established company with IP and KH and the price of the same number of engineers collected by recruiters can be done only by the person who knows nothing about high tech. This calculation may be partially correct for used car dealership. 2.5 mln per engineer is considered cheap in Silicon Valley for the company with hot technology.
