Ron, looks like we're back to where we started, maybe a tad higher: this week should bear that out. I would like to see it go a little lower and try to pick some more up. I can't see anything that will keep the price up except the factory coming on line. I'm hoping it is this summer but... Have you seen the pictures of the house? Kinda cool. Mike
