The only reason that Sunbeam is "shady" was because of Al Dunlap, who has been been gone for quite a while. Sorry if I'm sensitive about this, but it's because I own quite a lot of SOC shares which I bought after "Chainsaw" Al was no longer connected with Sunbeam.
