SLB Chart looks OK ....at least in 1999 ....nice little rise from $40 to $49.

Problem is that oil price sucks and will probably continue to suck for some time to come. US economy slowing, North Sea oil production seen up 13%, Vast untapped Caspian supplies economic at @12 with current technology providing a nice ceiling, Asia = 90% Japan and Japan stil in economic coma. Germany looking shaky too. CRB price index setting new lows regularly.

I would trade it between $49 and $40.
