HDI has very poor public relations and the WEB page is almost an embarassment.

This is a highly competitive, security-oriented business,
Les. Most of these deals appear to be done in secret. After
the theft of the hologram in Europe, everyone tightened up.

True, the home page isn't as sophisticated as some, but they
were there long before many others in the field were even
getting started. In a lot of ways, it's good that his marketing
strategies don't depend on the cosmopolitan aspects of
advertising. All things in time and in order of importance.

There are a lot in companies that lag HDI in fundamentals but
are trading at high prices on the NASDAQ.

I'll bet HGRM's steady, long-term growth will stand up to the
best of them. Patience.

HDI still has the image of a real small operation.

A year ago, they were! Just think of what we have to gain by that.

I think KB is honest; however, the reports that came out re.Voxel
strongly implied that it was a done deal. Let's not split hairs on the language.

The reports only specified there was a LOI, nothing more, nothing
less. Kevin speculated on what he thought some of the possibilities
could be with the acquisition of Voxel. Nothing wrong with that.

While we are on that topic, I am concerned in hindsight why
he was even chasing Voxel if he was on the cusp with this big Russian deal.

My guess is HGRM is always pursuing multitudes of accounts,
simultaneously. Apparently, they have been quite successful,
looking at the list of customers (that we even know of) mentioned.
Not everything works out, of course. And sometimes, what appears
to be a loss might ultimately turn out to be a blessing in disguise.
Their strength is in their diversity.

HDI should be single minded with the core business opportunities
like the Russian deal.

Guess I just answered that.

It's a tough and oftentimes frustrating drum to march to, Les.
Kevin does things his own way and there is nothing in the world
that you or I or anyone can do to change that. But because of
him, I'm a lot better off today than a year ago and I look
forward to saying the same this time next year. I could be wrong,
but you have to put your stake down somewhere.

I hope it works out for you as well.

Bob
