CPQWINs Spells W - Defensive!

CPQ is going down. $34 appears to be the first support. But, who can
tell? That was one massive spike in the trading volume. WOW WOW! 74+
million shares and down 13% in one day! WOW! CPQ will most likely
produce a dead cat bounce (trader's bounce off $34) and move sideways.
Those PUTs really jumped up! Folks might want to assess their CCs. If
80% of the value is gone, they should cover and CC the LEAPs as their
money grabber. Load up on the premies and sit back!

It is starting to look good and cheap for this gem!NYSE: (CPQ : $35
3/8) $59,931 million Market Cap at February 26, 1999 Ranks 55th in
the Fortune 500 on Revenue & 59th on Profit. Employs 18,865. Trades
at a 22% Discount PE Multiple of 19.8 X, vs. the 25.5 X average
multiple at which the Computers SubIndustry is priced.
