I wouldn't even have to think twice! There seems to be very cozy relations between the board and ASSI. They turn down an offer to sell the entire company for $2.00, then sell part of it for $0.80 and cancelation of some worthless warrants. Previously, they told us that Louis Habash sold his shares because he opposes video poker, then they sell his firm shares for $0.80 without doing anything about the gambling.
