I was not looking for an email for a particular person. The contact could be support@onsale or service@onsale, whatever. It is just that a form does not cover every situation. Plus, if I sent an email I would have a copy of what and when. When filling out a form that is not available.

Having an email address does make a difference. As exampple, right after Jan 1 I bought 4 new computers from OnSale. Three are just fine, the fourth has a problem. I went to the mfg website, found an email address for service, sent them an email with all the pertinent information. Their service tech left me an email with a few things to try, etc. We worked through several attempts to fix the problem before I finally had to return it to them. The object being there was an acceptable means of communication, plus they did respond in a reasonable time.
