As has been previously reported, the Company has entered into a written merger agreement with Videocall International Corporation. We believe in the future of videocalling, and intend to be the world's leader. Our new name – ‘Talk Visual Corporation' -- tells the world that we will allow individuals and families everywhere in the world to see and hear one another. Our dedication to this international vision will benefit everyone: nations, customers, shareholders, and global citizens alike.”
