EL..We find ourselves in the same mess again. Stuffed channel inventories even if only 4 or 5 weeks during a product transition (PII to PIII) gives Dell the edge again. I focused on the fact components prices had stabilized which negates one of the "perfect business model" edge but overlooked the new product transition issues. This company is very sick and it is going to take a lot more that hot air AV internet hype to fix it.
