Carl- I'll buy the argument that the others are way overvalued. On the other hand if you buy approx. .90 earnings for '99 and a 5 years earnings growth rate of approx. 20%, I can readily rationalize an 18-20 price. No matter how I look at it, today's price is d*n cheap. On the other hand, the price is where it is for a reason, but I sure can't explain it- anyone have any thoughts (other than sht happens)? It will be interesting to hear Kelly's feedback from the roadshow. Tony
