To spell it out for you one last time -- really really slowly:
1. The 11/22/98 filing shows 8,426,647 shares issued
2. Up to 8,000,000 more shares already have been or will be minted
So, assuming you have the brainpower to comprehend the above:
1. What effect does/will the 8,000,000 new shares have on the value of the existing shares (hint: use division)
2. What effect does/will the 8,000,000 new shares have on the share price when the holders start/continue selling? (hint: use subtraction)
