Anthony, do you remember the Pepsi ssituation back in the 80s?? The co. had to restate earnings three yrs. back.....accounting fraud originating in their Mexico operations. Cut the stock almost in half to a price of 29 and the price literally froze aat that level for 18 mos. I never saw a big cap stock price do that way...it was like it died. Daisy
