When I made my list, I look for industry leaders in each field of the internet, and I generally do not look into stocks with low trading volume or stocks under $10. When a stock is cheap, there are two possibilities: 1) stock is overlooked; 2 ) stock is a piece of crap. Most of the cheap stocks and penny stocks; however, are craps.
