I think the understanding that one should walk away with in reviewing Lehman's comments is that:

" But recent discussions with well placed AMD engineers suggest the K6 project is now moving extraordinarily smoothly."

AMD was risky at 12 dollars (for the fear that the K6 was going to fail).

I think over the next two months you will see the K6 come to life at strong speeds. (PPro equivalent). Remember that the K6 competes with the PPro (Intel will not have its Kalmath out until May - June).

Most improtantly, K6 will sell with strong ASPs (Good margin). In my opinion, the stock will move sharly higher over the next few months (as it has in the past six - seven months.
