You're right on track with this one TG! At 3 cents a share with a pe of 20 puts SETO's share price at 60 cents! So is SETO a "buy" at these prices? I don't know. Do you look at pe's? Book value? Reporting status? Growing by acquisitions? I do. And I'm buying. But that's just me. KZAP
