Joe, if you use prodigy and don't know about MoneyTalk Bulletin Board, I'm about to introduce you.
You see there is a gratis contributor, like myself that hangs out over there who is a tax specialist. His name is Colin Cody.
DO a Jump thing; Type in: Moneytalk Highlight when its choice appears and go there. In topics box, select a topic called STOCKS In the date box, type in a date about, oh, 5 days ago. ...........so that it reads 02/23/99
Then click: VIEW SUBJECTS on same front page before hitting enter.
There you will find a pop up menu listing in alphabetical order all the subjects about the topic "STOCKS" written on in last 5 days. There will be one called "DROM - AN UPDATE" or something like that.
Colin wrote that thread. Open it by highlighting that subject and hitting enter When you arrive, you will see a screen divided into 2 columns. The larger left column is for the opening few letters of a thread, and the smaller right screen is for how many responses are available to that thread opening post.
Clicking on the larger column, first line, will open that note. When you read that note, you will see some boxes at the bottom which give you choices.
Click the PRIVATE E-Mail reply button, and voila, a screen will pop up and give you a place to type your question. Tell Colin that O/49r referred you, and then ask your question.
He's not only good, but he's reliable about promptly answering him. I have no financial associations with him, except for his prodigy work candor in replies, same as me.
Regards, O/49r |
