I'm developing a method of scoring Analysts' calls for a new website, as mentioned previously. I'm in need of some of your opinions.

In a period of 3-6 months:
Assuming that "Neutral" is 0% increase in stocks value, how much (%) should a stock increase to attribute it the following recommendations:

Strong Buy...________%..........example: more than 25%
Buy...........________%..........example: 10% to 25%
Accumulate...________%..........example: 1% to 9%
