Ed, I agree.

The Q3 results were very encouraging.

The question is ....Is the stock a buy at this level /

From you comments, you sound like you are pursuing a prudent strategy by holding off at this level till the next
quarters show a continuing positive trend.

If that happens TCT could be cheap at 1.50
