BC Eagles,

To be sure you are correct to be concerned. There are many issues to deal with even in the case of a Reverse merger. Especially in the case of TSIG with it's current history. Your post begs for and introduces interesting questions. Here are some samples;

What will happen to the potential dilutive effects of the recently announced Private Placement?
Will there be more dilution? Less dilution?
What will happen to all the issued options yet to be exercised? James Guild, RG, Paul Henry etc. In fact how many are there?
What will happen with regards to majority ownership positions? As they stand TODAY?
In fact, is there a majority ownership position any more since RG put his shares up as collateral last Spring?
Where are those shares?
How many shares were there?
What was the value of those shares in economic terms as the basis for his loan to TSIG?
What is the agreement between TSIG and RG to pay back that loan?
Shares?
Dollars?
If in Shares, will there be a shift in majority ownership from percentages owned today?
There are many more, but on balance, we coulndn't ask for a faster way to go to the NASDAQ. BB today, NASDAQ tomorrow. MM's die a quick and violent death if they or any one else have been playing any games, well it's curtains.

Personally I'd like not to speculate in that area anymore. It's only just that... speculation. But a reverse merger would surely put a hurt on anyone in that loop.

Sooo... yes you are right, there are many questions and my seemingly glib answer was not meant to distract from the real business at hand.

But the larger question is... who started this talk of a reverse split/merger in the first place? Is there any substance to this speculation or has it been announced?
