thanks for response.

I guess I am really trying to qualify IBM's earnings and growth rate. Outsourcing IS departments are the in-thing now but isn't it going to stop some time? Afterall, if everyone has outsourced, who is left to boost the growth rate? Furthermore, if this outsourcing involved one time, vs long term IS functions, such as Y2K related stuff, then there is a big chance IBM revenue and earnings can come tumbling down in the next few years.
