MB integrates the ARCA book into their level II display. This is one of the nice optional features MB has. Not all trading firms have this in their Level II. It shows you every ARCA order as an individual quote.

If they did have the Island book it would be the same as the ARCA book, except all Island orders at each price level would be consolidated into one quote and the aggregate size would be displayed.

Some people swear by it, but I don't use it. The one time I tried it was in a fast market and it didn't keep up.
