It is only a matter of time before PM is in court again fighting
his way out of additional deceitful charges pending against him in the supreme court of California.

As an attorney representing a class of over 10 members/shareholders that disagree with the settlement proposal, I suggest that MR. PM, or PMS and most of us would characterize him, prepare for his second opportunity at looking at the world behind bars. His flighty atty got him out of trouble by settling, that says volumes about the both of them (remember any and all fees that he pays to his atty comes out of the original investment we all made) remember he has shown no documents to where all of the 18million dollars has disappeared to (the audit). Maybe those french paintings and houses and cars and trips to L.V. for his brother (and girlfriend) and mother Staying in the Rio Suites of course. We see that out of desperation to stay away from the menendez brothers, he made a settlement of 70K in atty's fees and 2 million in shares that a good many of them came from MR. Demos, who has relinquished his position and any further business relations with mr. M. The man who fraudulently racked up 70k in credit card charges on a pseudo acct to help pay for his employees paychecks (unbeknownst) to mr. demos, but now Mr. M. will soon be sued by American Express. Why WOULD PMS SETTLE if he was not guilty. Why would he drop his 200 million dollar counter claim against the plaintiffs if he had a foot to stand on (maybe and extra chin).
Shareholdes, please prepare yourselves for fireworks of which you have never seen before and will never see again. Working with national agencies, commissions and international agencies, I assure you that as soon as he settles with Mr. Z, we will follow up immediately with a surprise suit that will make his mother rename his son Michael Michaels to Michelle. (really, who would name there son Michael Michaels, Come on mom, think up something original, and don't keep spending our money on your therapy, learn how to drive.
Judge, more to come :-)
