Mushrooms? Explain please! Itty bitty white store bought mushrooms with no taste? The ones that taste like oysters? Straw mushrooms? I spent years tasting raw oysters--Yech! And tasting again. And again, as I do with all foods. And last spring, damn if I didn't enjoy one of the little suckers! After years of being disgusted! They are actually quite tasty although I am exploring quite gingerly; I am quite the virgin here.
