Ed, Here is something funny. Intel supporting Linux. As I see it, it is great news. The judge will notice that there are potential threats to Windows. This only helps MSFT's case---as the potential for another O/S is there. I think it is going to be a joke once MSFT wins the case---thanks to AOL and LINUX. For now, they should lay low and pretend that it is a competitor to Windows. cbs.marketwatch.com
