Just a few points of clarification on the last 20 or so posts:

1) Sepracor is a chemistry based pharmaceutical company - not a biotech company. It is the first new fully integrated pharmaceutical company to enter the market in 30+ years.

2) Sepracor holds 25 patents & has 25 patents pending - 50, not 40.

3) Neuroguy, you are correct, the s isomer of Prozac is being studied for an entirely new disease state - the prevention of migraine.

4) Don't underestimate the marketing power of the partnering companies (ie - Lilly, J&J, Schering) when it comes to conversion of the original compound to the ICE. The combination of significant clinical benefits, strategic timing and strong sales & marketing makes for a powerful phenomenon.

I've been a follower of this post for the last 9 months. I'm continually amazed by the overall accuracy of information that is presented. I hope I haven't overstepped my bounds by adding a little clarity.

You've picked a long-term winner - keep the faith!
