FTEL was added to the index at 2 7/8's. We ended up with a very slight loss in FTEL this week closing at 2 3/4's. The stock looks strong both from a fundamental and technical standpoint despite taking a breather at the end of the week. Franklin Telecommunications Corp. designs, markets and manufactures communications products and subsystems, including wide area networks, Local Area Networks and telecommunications equipment. FTEL also provides Internet access and services. biz.yahoo.com Franklin Telecom Helps Set Standard For Voice on the Internet Tempest System Incorporates MGCP as Well As H.323 biz.yahoo.com; The chart has a very nice cup with a handle formation. Although there has been a lot of selling lately the stock looks like it needs only one piece of strong good news to produce a significant breakout. Any thoughts from a true FTEL bull with a greater knowledge of the company would be sincerely welcomed. Thanks, Jeff
