Vlad about Vivus..... I think we'll All be fine . The reason after talking with Managment getting a kind of feel on there attitude it is clear that they are saying nothing and acting as if the sky is gonna fall.Remember they said may not see any countries this Quarter.(milestone countries) So far we have one and looks af is we may get Spain and France before the Q is out ....Rumor is Italy will take a bit longer . Cant really comment on sales but my guess is U.S is flat and so is Europe...With 6 mill in milestones the company should be at around 10 cents per share..(i understand that most of the profits will come from the milestones but for now till we get a marketing partner it will have to do. And from my conversations the partnership is just around the corner and a few blocks down....LOL meaning that it will come i truly think the stock will level off after the next earnings release and my GUESS will be around 4.00 when we get a partner then and only then will we hear more about other products and the stock should start to react..... ***************MOST IMPORTANT ********************************** The reason for the stock appreciation in my opinion .... the real news is finally comming: A) better sales through a partner in the u.s. B) The companies ability to perform on a tight budget C) Insiders will continue to buy small but noticed D) more countries (japan) (china) (norther europe) E) This is the most important: The inability of the remaning short position to cover there are now 5.8 (roughly) shares still short last month there were 6.2 the covering has slown down dramaticly for there is very little avalible shares left....Yes last year there were many sellers on the way down.people on the way down were liquidated for margin or just tollerence Funds thats have certain requirements such as market cap minimums there all out and the final Tax selling its gone now the shorts are going to have to compete with bottom fishers speculators and turn-around boys.......where oh where will the stock come from. i think we've seen the worst and now we'll climb slow at first but if the general comes through AND WE KNOW HE IS DUE. the stock will rip ....JUST MY OPINION.... sAs
