Robert, here are 3 that I own and that I believe also meet your criteria: Metallica - (METLF, MR.TO)- 24 million shares at C$0.60/share. US$4 million+ cash. Their 50% share of gold/silver mexican property is over 1 million oz. Cambior is spending $20 million to move this project towards production to earn its 50%. metal-res.com Nord Pacific (NORPF, NPF.TO) - 14 million shares, US$0.68 per share. Completed Feasibility on their Tabar Islands gold project showing 1.5 million oz of gold, of which 750K oz is oxide and 750K oz is Sulphur gold, with potential for more. Around $3 million in cash flow per year from their Australian copper mine, to pay the bills. nordpacific.com Randgold Explorations (RANGY) - 14 million ADR shares at $2 per ADR share (3 ordinary shares per ADR, so ordinary share is under $1). Owns 60% of Randgold Resources which has one producing mine and one soon to be producing mine. Randgold Resources owns 75% of the Syama mine in Mali which will produce 270K oz in '99 and has 6 million+ oz of reserves/resources. It also owns 90% of the Morilla deposit in Mali with 4 million+ oz in reserves and resources. When Morilla becomes a producing mine in early 2001 Randgold resources will have 500K oz per year in production with a cash cost below $200 per oz and RANGY's share of this will be 300K oz. I think Rand Resources now has over 10 million oz of resources in its various projects, which makes RANGY's 60% stake worth 6 million oz.
