(2) Blown up pipelines are relatively easy to fix (average < 3.7 days in the jungles of Colombia)....How 'bout trying a different argument?

Did everyone just ignore the post of diana g, where the report said that it was "electrical transmission lines feeding a control center which operated the pipeline [which was bombed], causing a shut-down of the pipeline to Jordan".

So we're not talking plastique making a hole in the side of a tube, we're talking power transmission lines. If the Iraqis have something equivalent to US West Communications, then they may as well start the prayers to Allah right now. -GG-

PS - I know US West is phone, not electrical, just being funny.
