your wrong gene...percentage downs are about the same....percentage up is better with cpq.....percentage cap means nothing if the stock doesn't go up...and as iffy as i am on cpq, buying dell at 50 times projected earnings is real aggressive....Why would you cap the upside anyway if you think that dell is such a rocket.....are u doing that just for the commision?
