Richard- We definitely expect to hear "something" this week. According to the press release Friday from the President of RDIM, the acquisition of Personal Consumer Services, (PCS), is scheduled for final closing during the first week of March 1999 (that's within the next 5 business days). He further reiterated his commitment to shareholders that that the company would be operational during the first quarter of 1999. This is indeed good news, and something the Company must deliver-on to maintain shareholder loyalty. Craig Wilson
