The final price could be around $35, 3X sales. LSI is trading at nearly 3X sales, and not a takeover candidate - they're buying other companies. Have to figure that TI, HP, Ericsson, IBM, etc. are all looking at this. ERICY will not let a competitor be their primary chip supplier. My guess is that TI wins when it all plays out...
