As I understand it, technically, the OEM version is only to be shipped with a new PC. Also, it usually comes as a 3 Pack to resellers so they must have broken it down. Maybe they have a special sales agreement with Microsoft. All manuals are on the CD. It is much cheeper than the full version CD. It is a full install with Service Pack 1. I recomment that you download Service Pack 4 and install it immediately after you install NT4.

A word of caution, when you go to install Internet Explorer, if asked to overwrite new files after you've installed SP4 answer "No To All".

This will keep all of NT4's files at the current rev. level and reduce the possiblity of Blue Screening.
