Hi Jaime: To the best of my knowledge LP must distribute all their earnings to shareholders. Dividends therefore are subject to changes due to the earning variations from quarter to quarter. You may check tnh's payout history to see if they were ups and downs very much. Like you said. tnh price is relatively stable. beta is only 0.2. But please notice that last quater earning was lower and the revenue was lowers too. best luck to you, william
