InfoNow Announces Plans to Seek Nasdaq Listing; Delists from Vancouver Stock Exchange
DENVER, March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoNow Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INOW) today announced that it plans to seek a listing on the Nasdaq Small-Cap Market before the end of the current year. The Company also announced that the Vancouver Stock Exchange had approved the Company's request to delist its shares effective at the close of trading on March 15, 1999. "We believe that a listing on the Small-Cap Market will significantly increase the visibility of our Company and the ease of investing in our stock. We also view a Small Cap listing as an important first step to realizing our long term goal of listing our shares on the Nasdaq National Market System," said Michael Johnson, the Company's CEO. Johnson added, "We believe that continued improvements in the Company's operations combined with potential proceeds from a financing of approximately $4.0 million will allow us to meet the qualifications for an initial listing with the Small Cap Market. Although we have not set a target date to apply for a Small Cap listing, we have begun to explore several potential sources of financing."
