This thread is as quiet as the market news for PPTV. Some incouragement: (IMHO) Applied Materials announced earnings well above expectations. More importantly though, they said orders were up >30% for future shipments. This tells me that semi companies are beginning to buy manufacturing equipment again. Who else gains with a capital expansion in fabs? PPTV! If orders pick up this year, PPTV should start having some much better times toward the end of 97.

Just some thoughts.
