Well!!!Where is it?Within a few weeks is not an open ended time frame,I think, a few can be reasonably determined to be between 2 and 6 weeks.Anything more than that is a stretch, and a stretch smacks of of deceit!Deceit is tantamount to fraud! Fraud is a violation of SEC regulations. Not to mention diluting shareholder value while selling large amount of stocks could reasonably determined to be deceitful as well! I vaguely remember a gentleman from a company called Centennial Tech cooking his orders to boost sales figures as well as the companies stock price,I believe he is resting comfortably in a federal penitentiary today! Guest appearences on CNBC and subsequent press releases accompanied by time frames and insider selling as well as stock dilution, on the surface could be mistakenly construed by un-enlightened shareholders as fraud.I hope you can enlighten me as to why my take on this whole thing is way off base.Thank you! <<<this is an email I sent today>>><<<Generally, when I send nasty stuff to folks,I end up with egg on my face,so I hope to look like an omelet in the next day or two with the S1 announcement!>>>
