Absolutely... your DD should include the past actions of a company but I have never said it shouldn't... there is no question there are examples of company management that are corrupt and they eventually pay in the courts, however, is CMOZ one of these, I am not convinced quite yet... collaboration of their press releases by other reputable companies names that are mentioned suggests to me this isn't a scam... it may not succeed (that is a different question) but a scam, I doubt it... so the only question to me is, can this investment make a good return for me..? given the explosive nature of internet stocks (and for exactly what reason I don't understand) this is where the stock action seems to be, so I will wait for a while and see what develops further... can't blame a guy for hoping...
