Where is a link to GTCI's jv partner's ISP and GTCI's IT service page? Is there one? This is the JV. Shenzen Global Net Computer Information Company. Found plenty of other Chinese ISP's w. interoperable ambitions...but not this one. Plus per how JV's are established in China, doesn't the Chinese partner derive most of the revenue? GTCI's homepage doesn't provide these links to JV's or any other partners or a software download for its y2k product. globaltci.com Don't you think that GTCi should spend a little more money developing its web page and web presense and less money advertising/ promoting its stock?
