This is an amendment to the S-3 filed on Jan 19th.

Altair is now thinking of selling 500,000 warrants in addition to the 1.5 million shares.

If DuPont is going to make a buy-out offer at 30/share, I wonder why ALTIF needs to sell some shares/warrants at a discount to the market price.
